I am very disappointed with my experience at Amara Dental. I scheduled what I believed was a regular dental cleaning and took time off my schedule to attend the appointment. At no point before the visit was I informed that the hygienist would first need to determine whether I qualified for a regular cleaning or a deep cleaning, and that no cleaning might be performed that day. After paying for X-rays and spending my time at the appointment, I was told that I needed a deep cleaning instead of the regular cleaning I had scheduled. Had this process been clearly explained when I made the appointment, I could have made an informed decision and avoided wasting my time and money. Patients deserve transparency about what services will actually be provided and what additional evaluations may be required before treatment. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

The whole office staff is beautiful. Everybody gets along. They are real relaxed laid back. They will answer any question that you may have. If you're uncomfortable with something they can adjust. And everybody just has a real pleasant personality from the receptionist all the way back to the text.

The staff were amazing and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. They explained everything and was supportive about my plan. I enjoyed the team that worked with me and I’m actually looking forward to my next visit. Everyone to the receptionist to the doctor (Dr. Jordan), was amazing. Glad I came in

Phenomenal office, staff is amazing-Terry, Melissa, Amy and Jackie. Looking forward to meeting hygiene team. Dr Jordan is gentle and highly skilled. Great experience. Highly recommend for all your dental treatments
